Don't use your Bellio indoor slippers outside, especially not in wet weather. All colored leather that gets wet can shed a bit of color on e.g. light-colored socks and on feet. Discoloration of socks disappears in the washing machine and feet are simply washed with regular soap and lukewarm water.

The soles are made of uncolored leather and never shed color.

If the slippers need cleaning, use a moist cloth or a cleaning product for leather goods.

If the sole turns a bit smooth and shiny after some time, you can "rough it up" with e.g. a suède brush.
